01 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting any form, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will become effective immediately upon being published on our website. Your continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each service may have specific terms outlined in the respective service agreement or proposal. Those specific terms shall apply alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

03 User Eligibility

To use our website and services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Be a resident of India or an entity operating under Indian law
• Not have been previously banned from using our services

04 Account & Registration

Registration for an account may be required for certain services. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any suspicious account activity
• Duplicate accounts are not permitted — each person may create only one account

05 Client Responsibilities

Clients availing our services are responsible for:

• Accurate Information: Providing correct and complete information. We are not liable for service failure or delay caused by incorrect information.
• Documents: Submitting required documents in a timely manner — especially for immigration and education services.
• Communication: Responding promptly to our team's calls or messages.
• Lawful Use: Using our services only for legal and legitimate purposes.
• Fees: Paying the agreed fees on time.

06 Payment Terms

Regarding payments:

• Service fees will be as agreed in writing in the service agreement or proposal
• Payments are to be made in advance or according to the agreed schedule
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Cash (at our Motihari office)
• A receipt or invoice will be provided for all payments
• Service commencement may be delayed in the event of late payment

07 Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service:

• IT & Web Development: Payments are non-refundable once the agreed milestones are delivered. If a project is cancelled, proportional payment for completed work will be applicable.
• Manpower Placement: If a placed candidate leaves within 30 days, one free replacement will be provided. The placement fee will not be refunded.
• Education Courses: 80% refund will be given if cancellation is requested before the course starts. No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.
• Immigration Services: Government fees (visa, documentation charges) are non-refundable. A partial refund of the service fee may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Construction Services: Material costs are non-refundable. Service charges will be settled based on the project stage.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, design, text, images, and code — is the intellectual property of FS Groupz and is protected by copyright laws.

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without permission is prohibited
• Ownership of deliverables created for clients (websites, apps, designs) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in the agreement
• We reserve the right to showcase client projects in our portfolio unless the client has specifically requested otherwise

09 Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from doing the following through our website or services:

• Submitting false information or documents
• Attempting to hack our website or bypass security measures
• Uploading malware or harmful content
• Spamming or harassing other users
• Using our services for illegal purposes
• Creating multiple fake accounts
• Using automated tools to scrape bulk data from our website
• Unauthorized use of our brand or logo

10 Limitation of Liability

FS Groupz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Visa rejection or immigration delays (as these are government decisions)
• Not being selected for a job (employer's decision)
• Third-party service failures
• Website unavailability due to internet outages or server downtime
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client

Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11 Termination

We may terminate your account or suspend access to our services if:

• You have violated these Terms
• You have provided false information
• You are involved in fraudulent or illegal activities
• There is a default in payment

You may also request the deletion of your account at any time via email. Any obligations that have already been created (such as payment obligations) shall remain in effect even after termination.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution is not possible, the jurisdiction shall be the East Champaran District Court, Motihari, Bihar.
